Aanavilasam Luxury plantation house is 7 acres in area located 8 kilometres from the Periyar Wildlife sanctuary in Thekkady. The house is completely surrounded with cardamom and pepper plantation. It is quite grand and luxurious and yet, welcoming and casual. Without any sign of irritating traffic around the place, the house makes you completely forget the bustling city life. Hence, it becomes an exotic and refreshing accommodation suitable for singles, couples and small families who are in search of a personally customised country atmosphere.

Aanavilasam is an ideal plantation stay destination. It also gives you the opportunity to see how spices are grown, harvested and processed. There is a tiny, friendly village a little distance away. You can walk to that place from your hotel to see and visit homes built in typical Kerala-style.

The Private Pool Villas has 900 square feet of indoor space. It is very comfortable. It also has a private swimming pool and all necessary home comforts. A beautiful tropical garden is in view from the room. Suitable for two adults and a child. Child's age must be above 12 years.

The spacious Deluxe room offers 350 square feet of indoor space. Suitable for two adults. The veranda has view of the hills surrounding the place and cardamom plants. The deluxe room also has a king bedroom, a work desk, pantry with refrigerator.
