Hosted by a Greco-Indian woman named Hyacinth Panioty, the 2100 sq ft heritage-style beach house has two floors. On the ground floor, you will find two guest rooms, a dining hall and an open veranda that provides a splendid view of the ocean. On the first floor, there are two guest rooms with balconies which offer an even more picturesque view of the beach. The homestay also features a penthouse. Wholesome and homely traditional Kerala food is served to the guests.
The rooms have typical Kerala style interiors with basic amenities. The ground floor rooms open to a veranda and the rooms on the first floor have a balcony that provides an amazing view of the ocean.
