The landlord of the bungalow, Ahmed, is a naturalist who makes sure that eco-friendly practices are followed in the 520-acre property. The property shared its border with the wildlife sanctuaries of Wayanad. The bungalow, having mangalorian tiles and large windows, has three rooms equipped with heavy wooden furniture and soft beds. The rock pond and stream in the property add a special charm to it. Five new rooms are soon to be added on a higher level. Local Malabar cuisine is served to the guests who sit around the large wooden table in the kitchen or in the open space outside the bungalow.
