The cultural shows, the cooking demonstration and other activities are worthwhile. Although the roads are very busy just outside the resort, you find a very calm and peaceful atmosphere inside. The tree house coffee house is worth a mention for its special flavours.
Greenwoods has bountiful charms to offer its guests. The 6 acre naturally lush property has a captivating variety of trees, plants and birds. Nature is the theme of the resort. Close to the entrance are a cluster of deluxe cottages. Along the cottages is a stone paved pathway that leads to the reception, a banquet area and later, the open air restaurant. Rustic lanterns light up the pathways that have wooden benches and hammocks placed around it.
A multi-cuisine restaurant and a coffee shop are present in the resort. Aranya is a standard category room in Greenwoods. There are six such rooms in the resort. They are air conditioned single rooms with attached bathroom. Built on two floors, the rooms are tastefully furnished. The rooms on the ground floor have a sit-out and rooms on the floors above have balconies. You get a view of the lawn and the tree lined slope from the windows.
Kanana is a deluxe category room in Greenwoods. There are 18 such rooms in the resort. These cottages are built in clusters of four rooms on two floors. They have private sit outs and balconies. You get a view of the landscape from the windows.
There are two private villas called Rithinka in Greenwood. These villas are ideal for honeymoon couples. The two villas are independent from each other. Each of them is set under a grove of trees and surrounded by beautiful flowering plants and a wall to ensure privacy. You get a view of the plunge pool and the Jacuzzi outside from the large window. The Plunge Pool in Rithika cannot be converted to Warm Pool.
Amaravathy is a premium suite in Greenwoods. There are four such suites in the resort. The suite is located next to the pool villa under the shade of trees. The elegantly furnished living and dining area have a palette of soothing colours set by vivid splashes. Climb a flight of stairs to the opulent bedrooms where plush mattresses and louvered headboards await, soft lighting in discreetly set lamps.
Indeevaram is a premium pool suite in Greenwoods. There are two such suites in the resort. This is an ultimately luxurious pool suite with exposed granite bricks on a wall, elegant drapes, colourful cushions, bolsters and plush upholstery, functional work and dining areas and a sumptuous bedroom, a couple of wash rooms and a private pool with Jacuzzi which can be converted to warm pool on additional cost.
There is one presidential villa in Greenwoods called Indraprastham. This is an ultra luxury 'Presidential Suite', a duplex suite with a stylishly furnished living room which is in complete harmony with the nature outside. On the floor above, there is a bedroom with large windows and a private balcony looking down at a patio with a warm pool, a Jacuzzi and the surrounding trees. A small loft serves as a secure space for children.
