Kodianthara Heritage Home is located in Kumarakom on the banks of its backwaters. The farm house was constructed way back in 1850 in this scenic village. Although it is a 165 year old building, the home is very well-maintained with modern amenities but the antiquity of the home is still intact. It is surrounded with lush greenery along with ponds and gardens. The hosts, Crispin and Sony serve guests amazing delicacies of the Syrian Christian community.

Kodianthara Heritage Home is managed by warm and caring hosts who served you delicious homely food. Guests can experience a traditional lifestyle in a serene village atmosphere. The property has nice plantations; gardens and ponds which are quite delightful. Guests cannot expect services to be like a hotel and although the rooms are quite spacious, they can come off as pretty basic.

The Kodianthara Heritage Home is located in a picturesque village in the heart of Kumarakom. The village has backwaters and many canals and the home is located on the banks of the backwaters. The 165-year old farm house is a government approved heritage building. It offers a perfect blend of antiquity and modern luxury. The house is built in traditional Kerala style and is set in a three-acre property which is full of greenery. Fish ponds, backwaters, gardens, plantations and coconut groves located in the property make it even more delightful.

The farm house has a serene and peaceful atmosphere unperturbed by the busy world outside. The farm house has AC and Non-AC bedrooms that serve as accommodation for the guests. The property invites you for a pleasant refreshing walk through its rubber and coconut trees. Guests also receive an amazing culinary experience. The hosts are experts in the Syrian Christian cuisine. A wide variety of fish and meat preparations are made for lunch and dinner. The breakfast would normally consist of soft appams and stew.
