The Misty Valley Hill Resort has well-placed bungalows and cottages surrounded by natural beauty. The place is not very ideal for families and couples. But if you're with friends who like a bit of adventure, you can enjoy your stay. The off-road ride to the resort, trekking trails and night safaris are great.

Built by the British in 1897, the farm houses of Misty Valley Hill Resort are located in a land filled with amazing natural beauty. The heritage style of the farm houses hasn’t been tampered with, but a few modern amenities have been added to them. The Misty valley Hill Resort is tucked away into the folds of the Western Ghats in the reserve forests of Nelliyampathy Hills. Because of its rich bio-diversity and scenic landscape, the area is a UNESCO approved World Heritage Site.

The resort is ideal for guests looking for a tranquil environment to stay and relax while enjoying total privacy. The staff at the resort have an holistic approach to hospitality. They try and help their guests form a bond with nature. The resort is also an eco-friendly one. The route leading to the resort has plenty of hair-pin bends and the commute is an experience in itself. Guests also need to take a long off-road jeep ride which is quite adventurous.
