With his diligence, the estate has now become home to exotic flora. The family’s third generation is now managing the property and they have kept its antique charm still intact.
The colonial bungalow called 'Pazhey Bungalaav' has been carefully renovated to embrace some modern touches without taking away the ethnic feel. The antiques and hand-picked furniture help to keep the colonial style alive. The bungalow has two independent suites. Also present in the property are two luxurious tree houses built on giant jackfruit trees, 40 feet above the ground. The restaurant offers a fine dining experience along with natural views. Malabar Suite is an independent suite in the old bungalow having an antique four poster bed and an attached bathroom. The suite is slightly more modern.
Mackenzie Suite is also an independent suite in the old bungalow having an antique four poster bed and an attached bathroom. The suite is slightly more ethnic.
Woodpecker is one of the two tree houses built on a huge jackfruit tree, 40 feet above ground. The tree house can be reached through a walkway amidst coffee trees. It has a spacious bedroom, four poster bed, modern bathroom and a large outdoor space. The tree house offers complete privacy.
Hornbill is the second tree house which is also 40 feet above the ground. It is quite similar to Woodpecker.
