The villa is a 65 year old estate bungalow surrounded by lush greenery. Guests at the villa can walk around the place to see spice gardens, mountain streams and rubber plantations.
Rubber and spice plantations are spread across an area of 150 acres and the villa is set amidst them. The Villa houses four spacious suites along with unique tented accommodations. The suites are spacious and comfortable having well-furnished interiors. At the restaurant, a variety of authentic Kerala delicacies and other Indian dishes. The organic farm in the estate grows spices and vegetables. The natural rock pools in the property are simply wonderful.
