Detailed Info

Rebuilt in the early 1900's, the Thalathoor Heritage is an ancestral home of the Kodath family that has been renovated into a premium homestay in Kasargod. Set in a tropical environment amidst a dense areca nut plantation close to the Chandragiri River, the traditional home was constructed using the age old vedic architectural methods. The entire property and the area around it have an impressive old world charm. The property has a traditional pool with a turtle and a variety of fish.

The highlight of the homestay is the annual theyyam performances that happen over here. Thalathoor Heritage has an organic garden, a yoga hut overlooking the pool and a library featuring superman comics from the 80's.
