Editor's Review

The Lakkidi View Point portrays Wayanad in the most perfect way. The view is simply amazing. You get to see the wonderful snake-like roads. The mist sometimes spoils the view. So it is better to go that view point when the weather is clear and when there is a lot of sunshine.

PROS

  • Breathtaking panoramic view of the Western Ghats.
  • Ideal place to take photographs.
  • Very close to Pookot Lake.

CONS

  • Beware of the monkeys here.
  • There is no place to sit and relax.
