Nallamudi Viewpoint is a spectacular viewpoint located in the Nallamudi Estate which is about 15 km away from the Valparai Town. To reach the viewpoint, you need to walk for about 1 km through the tea estate. The viewpoint offers a panoramic view of lush green valleys, sparkling waterfalls, tribal settlements and the majestic Anamudi Peak. On some days, there are clouds all around and on other days, the view is bright and clear.

The Nallamudi Viewpoint enjoys a pleasant breezy weather and offers panoramic views of beautiful valleys. The tranquil environment of the view point attracts many nature lovers. Even the drive and walk up to the view point is quite an experience. You must be prepared for a bit of walking.

Located in the beautiful Nallumudi Estate which is about 15 km away from the Valparai Town, the Nallamudi Viewpoint offers a stunning view of lush green valleys, sparkling waterfalls, tribal settlements and the majestic Anamudi Peak. To reach the view point, travelers need to walk for about a kilometre through the tea estate. During night time, leopards and bears visit the viewpoint. So it is not rare to find pugmarks on your way. When you visit the place, you might even spot elephants.

On your drive to the Nallamudi Viewpoint, you will be refreshed by the sight of sprawling tea plantations. After a particular point, you have to step out of your car and walk for about 10 minutes to reach the view point. On one side, you see thick forests and on the other side, you will see tea gardens. The views and atmosphere are ideal for nature lovers. The place looks exceptionally green and the waterfalls look especially majestic during the monsoon.
