Our driver will pick you up from the airport or railway station in Cochin. We will head to Munnar and the drive will take about 4 hours. En route the winding roads, you will enjoy the scenic tea estates, rubber plantations, waterfalls and several viewpoints. We will be covering the Neriamangalam Bridge, Rubber Plantations, Cheeyappara, Valara and Kallar Waterfalls. We will stop for a while at the Pothamedu View Point.

The Pothamedu View Point offers a spellbinding panoramic view of the tea, coffee and spice plantations spread across the valley.

Once we reach Munnar, you will check in to a honeymoon suite in a beautiful place called Blanket.

After your lunch, you can relax for some time after which we will take you to visit the Tata Tea Museum and a little later, we can take you to a delightful cultural show.

At the cultural show, you will watch a highly-stylised classical dance drama and the ancient martial art form of Kerala. The show offers you a tremendous opportunity to get to know the distinctive aspects of Kerala's culture.

After a pleasurable evening, we will head back to Blanket and you can rest for the night.

Have your breakfast at the hotel and get ready for a full day of romantic adventure. We will cover most of the prominent tourist spots in Munnar.

Kashmiri Shikkara boats, pedal boats and row boats are available on rent at the lake. It is the boat rides that make the visit truly worthwhile.

Next, we visit a unique place where your voice is what will rule the picturesque environment.

The 30-minute adventure on the back of an elephant will bring out the child in you.

After a fulfilling day of sightseeing, boating and elephant rides, we will return to the hotel.

Have your breakfast at the hotel and get ready for a long drive to Vembanad. We should be reaching Vembanad at around 12:00 PM

At Vembanad, a beautiful houseboat awaits to welcome you. You will check-in at about noon and we only hope you have a memorable experience ahead. A houseboat cruise is the only right way to experience the serene backwaters of Kerala in its true essence. Since the boat cruises at a gentle pace, you will have plenty of time to relax and feast your eyes on the quaint village scenes across the lake. Some of the pleasant scenes include tropical coconut palms, paddy fields, traditional huts and cottages, beautiful canoes and villagers going about doing their daily chores. To add to your experience, you will also have an opportunity to try your hand at fishing during the evening. We are sure you will remember this journey for the rest of your life. 

Your houseboat will have an air-conditioned room with an en-suite bathroom. The air-conditioner is kept on only from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. But at an additional cost, you can have the AC on for the whole time. The houseboat staff consists of two heedful men who are always at your service.

All your meals will be taken care of by a special chef at the houseboat. You can always feel free to tell him your preferences. Tea, snacks and a welcome drink are also served to you during your cruise.

A honeymoon special candle-light dinner is arranged for you. This romantic addition will make sure that the whole experience is etched in your memory forever.

After your breakfast at the houseboat, you will check-out at 9:00 AM and we will head to Cochin.

Based on your train or flight timings, we can take you around Cochin for some sightseeing and shopping after which we drop you at the station or airport.
